Special Note

We are looking for natural, wholesome contestants. The judges are not searching for a “Miniature Adult” or “Vegas Showgirl.” This competition is not based on how much money is spent on clothing. Our judges will be judging the contestants on their ability to capture their audience including the judges. A well-versed contestant on worldly issues and school activities will catch the eyes of the judges far sooner than a satin, rhinestone jacket. Be yourself and have fun. Swim and get to know your fellow contestants. Then the crown will be a wonderful added gift to bring home along with your lasting friendships.

State/Country/World competitions will strictly enforce all clothing regulations.

Rehearsals

Rehearsals for Final Night Productions will take place several times during the pageant. Comfortable clothes and shoes should be worn. Remember, this is not a fashion show. We ask the judges to be present during some part of rehearsal. This is very important, as we will have to work with our winners throughout the year. Rollers are not advisable at rehearsal. PARENTS/CHAPERONES/VENDORS

Parents, chaperones, siblings and authorized vendors (such as hair make-up artist) shall not be allowed backstage. The contestants should be released to a staff member at the "check-in" table 15 minutes prior to the listed competition time. Staff members will ask any parent, chaperone, siblings or vendor backstage to remove themselves immediately only one time. If a person, be it the same parent, sibling, chaperone or vendor, or any other person affiliated with the same contestant, be asked to leave a second time, the child will be considered in violation of the regulations and standards as set forth by the World Youth Federation for any Our Little Miss sanctioned event and said contestant will be removed from the top four placement in Official competition and top three placements in Universal Beauty competition. This means that if a contestant's mother is asked to leave the backstage area, the contestant will be considered to have committed a violation.

LATENESS

 (15 MINUTES PRIOR RULE)

All contestants must check in for official competitions, including party dress, sportswear, talent, interview and finals, at 15 minutes prior to the time the competition is scheduled to begin. The arrival time will be noted by the staff member checking in contestants. At this time, the chaperone/parent will relinquish the child to the child once she has been released to staff members. The 15 minutes prior rule does not apply to rehearsals or parties. A list of contestants marked late will not be made available as it is the responsibility of each contestant's chaperone to check the time at which the chaperone checks the contestant in to insure that the contestant is not late. Remember that being late once is considered an infraction, but if the contestant is late to a second event, it is considered a violation.

SUCCESSORS

The title of Universal Princess will be given to successors. On all levels, successors will be named during crowning.
SPECIAL NOTE: ALL CONTESTANTS MUST BE FEMALE IN GENDER

It's Nice To Be Important, But More Important To Be Nice!
