Reservations can be made by calling 1-512-392-6450 and ask for the World Youth Federation/World’s Our Little Miss group rate.  Significantly higher rates will be in effect after the posted deadlines so be certain to check the important deadline section of this handbook in order not to miss out on the special group rate.  The group rate is available three days prior to and three days after the required stay dates.  With the hotels check-out time at 12:00pm (Noon/Local Time) and check-in (room availability) at 3:00 pm (Local Time), we suggest arriving at least a day early in order to be relaxed and prepared for your first day of competition. A credit card for incidentals upon arrival is required for each room reserved. All persons sleeping in delegates’ rooms must be registered on the official housing form.  If a delegate and chaperone choose to share a room with another delegate and chaperone, both delegates must fill in the official housing form and return them to World Headquarters together.  Family and friends who wish to join you for this event may also take advantage of the special group rate.  Remember, when making reservations, everyone must specifically ask for the group rate.  Each delegate must be registered at the Embassy Suites San Marcos with an adult chaperone provided by the parent or guardian or the parent herself.  Fathers wishing to chaperone must contact World Headquarters for permission and special instructions.  Anyone not registered for the entire required length of stay or not registered in the room originally checked in to will be in violation of competition rules and delegate will not be considered for any title.
